By the decision of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 March 2024, the Policki District received additional funding in the amount of PLN 1 434,902.13 for the project implemented in the call under the name “Improvement of Energy Efficiency in School Buildings”.
As part of the additional funding in the School Complex im. Ignacy Łukasiewicz
- installation of a battery for energy storage,
- replacement of CO and CW in school buildings,
- eco-friendly playground.
In the Special School and Educational Centre No. 1 for Disabled Children named Maria Grzegorzowska in Police was made:
- expansion of an ecological playground,
- 2 energy storage units,
- Insulation of foundations and basement walls in 2 school buildings,
- external installation of rain sewers with installation of 4 rainwater tanks.
